Rental Terms
- Total for 4 hrs $250 • $40 per hr extra hrs.
- Day rate $400
- Set up done by Renter
- Tables and chairs to be put away
- Garbage to be put in garbage containers in hall
- Licensed bar available but arrangements must be made to have it open. Two bartenders for event are $25 ea, No personal alcohol is allowed and renter is fully responsible and liable for actions & accountable for all attending.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of amount is required prior to rental and acknowledges your commitment to follow all requirements. Deposit payable by cheque or cash to Smiths Falls Kinsmen.
- Drop off at 195 Andrews Ave., Smiths Falls in mailbox at house. Deposit amount required to reserve date. First deposit received secures the date.
- Please be advised there is surveillance inside & outside for safety and security. There is AED and NALOXONE drug overdose kit on site in washroom hall.
